Sir Raymond C. Obieri MON
Grand Patron
Sir Raymond C. Obieri MON is the father of the Home. He is the main sponsor and the hand behind the wheel of the foundation. As a father, Husband and grandfather, he has always been a caring and God-fearing man. He is celebrated in the Nigerian Finance sector as one of the foremost bankers of our time and is also a former President of the Nigeria Stock Exchange. Over the years, he has been greatly involved in philanthropy, donated to notable causes around the country and has been a great helper of the down trodden. He is very enthusiastic about this cause and is wholeheartedly dedicated to the well being of the children.
Lady Bethy Obieri
Lady Bethy Obieri is a mother of five and a grandmother of nine. She is a graduate of Mass Communication of the University of Lagos. As a gifted counselor, she is a loving mother who believes strongly in the power of God to heal and restore even the lost and the hopeless. Her dedication to the cause is exemplary. She was a teacher in a Catholic Mission Private School for several years. Lady Obieri is a Director of Harmony Trust & Investment Company Limited. Lady Bethy is also a Nutritional Therapist and has developed a Plan of Action for LFO to utilize nutritional care in the management of orphans and the vulnerable. She is presently completing a cook book which will be published soon, detailing how to use nutrition to heal. Mrs. Nkechi Esan
Mrs. Nkechi Esan obtained a Business Studies degree from the University of Westminster, London. She also holds a Masters in Computer Studies from the University of Essex, U.K. She worked for over ten years with Stanbic IBTC Bank Group, during which she rose to the level of Head, Online Payments, managing various departments, including Customer Service, Applications Management and E-Business. She presently offers web design and consulting services via her company, Design Inception, LLC in the United States. Nkechi is focused on using online marketing to highlight the cause of the orphanage and is happily married with two children.
Dr. Ogechi Iheanacho
Dr. Ogechi Iheanacho is a legal practitioner with proficiency in corporate and commercial law, governance, and sustainability. She is the managing partner of Formosa Partners, a non-executive director on the board of Berger Paints plc, and a trustee of the Living Fountain Orphanage, Lagos.
She previously served as legal counsel in the company secretariat of Fidelity Bank Plc., where she volunteered as an ambassador for the Fidelity Helping Hands Program, and spearheaded various impactful CSR projects.
Dr. Iheanacho holds an LLB degree in law from the University of Westminster, London, a Master’s degree in Commercial & Corporate Law (Merit) from the University of London (University College London), and a Ph.D in Law from the University of Calabar.
She is currently a member of the Institute of Directors Nigeria, the Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria, and an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute, UK. She is passionate about sustainability and embarking on social programs or projects that would make a positive impact on people’s lives.
Mrs. Ifeyinwa Azubike
Mrs. Ifeyinwa Azubike is a commercial lawyer specialising in Infrastructure and Finance. She started her career at Transcorp Plc as an in-house lawyer before moving to DETAIL Commercial Solicitors, Nigeria’s first non-courtroom law firm. Over the past 10 years, Ifeyinwa has worked on seminal transactions across various sectors of the economy and integral infrastructure projects and financing initiatives. Ifeyinwa graduated with a degree in Law from the University of Nottingham and is a regular columnist for ThisDay Law publication. She is happily married with three children.
Mr. Chukwuebuka Obieri
Mr. Chukwuebuka Obieri is a Senior Financial Analyst that currently the Head of Risk Management at ARM Holding Company Ltd (ARM) where he has worked for the past 7 years. During his time at ARM, he has gained experience in Risk Management, Operations, Information Security, and Project Management, with specialization in Market & Investment Risk, Operational Risk, and Business Continuity Management. He graduated with a Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Surrey at Guildford UK and also holds a master’s degree in Process Engineering from the same Institution.
